Veronica Rodriguez - 59 in :59
Veronica Rodriguez, fourth grade dual language teacher at Juliette Low, loved to read and go to school at a young age. As she grew up, she always felt her teachers were a guiding influence and helped her realize the type of person she could become. Her passion for school and appreciation of her teachers led her to the teaching profession.
Veronica feels connecting with students socially and emotionally is extremely important, because having a meaningful connection makes teaching easier and more enjoyable for all. She wants her students to know that their teachers and parents believe in them, and they also should always believe in themselves.
Outside of school, Veronica enjoys spending time with her husband and children, particularly when sharing a common love – baking.
