Summer Community Service

Summer Community Service

Holmes Community Header

Holmes students have shown they care about their community through a focus on service to others.  During the 2017-18 school year, students at Holmes logged in over 3,900 hours of service to the community!

We do not want our dedication to service to end with the school year! We have set a challenge for each Holmes student to complete 2 hours of community service through our summer.  We encourage all our students to take up the challenge and commit to a summer of helping others, and ask that they complete this community service log to include their hours of service in hitting our school’s goal.

We also invite you to share any photos of you performing your community service work with us by emailing them to assistant principal Mrs. Schwartz at schwartz.jane@ccsd59.org.

Have a great summer, Holmes, and we look forward to hearing about the many ways you helped others when you return this fall!
